Kaliber was launched by Guinness in 1986 to create a premium alternative to the existing alcohol-free brands of lager at the time. The goal being to create a drink people wouldn't be embarrassed to drink in the pub at lunchtime. Kaliber has become Britain's most popular non-alcoholic beer, making up over half of all non-alcoholic beer sold in the UK.
