Scapa Skiren takes its name from an Old Norse word for glittering bright skies. On the nose, Skapa Skiren has delicate floral flavours with hints of pear, and sweet and fruity pineapple notes. The taste is smooth and sweet, fruity flavours of honeydew melon and ripe pear contrast with sweet lemon sherbet. It has a long, refreshing, sweet finish.
