Pinkster Gin is a raspberry-infused alluringly pink gin. The talented G&J Distillers first distil a base gin from a blend of five botanicals before then steeping a further three botanicals into the gin to infuse. These include fresh raspberries grown in rural Cambridge which give Pinkster its attractive signature pink colour. After distillation, the raspberries are recycled to be sold as jam. A distinct raspberry aroma on the nose, but with traditional gin characteristics of juniper and spice underpinning the whole spirit. Ideally served as a G&T garnished with raspberries and a sprig of fresh mint, but Pinkster can also make a fruity twist on any classic gin cocktail of your choice. |
