Also known as 'the whisky drinker's vodka', Belvedere Unfiltered Vodka is distilled from Diamond Rye, a single-estate baker's grade grain grown at a specially selected Polish farm, to produce a smooth and distinctive vodka. A full-bodied, elegant creation and a celebration of Diamond Rye, Belvedere Unfiltered is distilled four times and then left unfiltered to heighten the expression of the rye. The result is a silky soft texture with an elegant mouth feel. On the nose, you get intense aromas of sea air, and hints of baked bread and toasted nuts. Full but mellow on the palate, the first impressions are of salted caramel, and freshly baked bread and honey. In the mid this evolves into fresh minerality with some stone and flint-like characters. Belvedere Unfiltered Vodka is rich, well rounded and has a luscious mouth-feel. The finish is long and both salty and sweet. And again with notes of baked bread, complimented by vanilla and cream. |
