Light straw colour with distinctive aromas of citrus, pineapple, tropical fruits and peach complemented with biscuity yeast characters.

Fresh peach, citrus and tropical fruit flavours are enhanced by balanced acidity and a rounded mid-palate, leading to a clean, lingering finish.

Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Background: The Montana Classic East Coast Chardonnay has been crafted from premium grapes from the Patutahi area in Gisborne (92%) and the Brancott Estate in Marlborough (8%), without oak to deliver a fresh wine packed full of intense fruit flavours and crisp acidity.

This wine is a classic New Zealand Chardonnay. The result is a flavoursome, approachable wine.
