Order Dispatch
A majority of orders received before 5.00pm on any Working Day are processed and dispatched the same day on our Next Working Day delivery service.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 48 hours, unless the order is a gift from the gifts department or if you choose a gift box option where you can specify a future delivery date.
Orders are dispatched on a Next Working Day courier service. Our couriers deliver and collect orders from our Dispatch Depot Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and other public holidays.
Delivery of orders is also possible on a Saturday please see below for further details.
Track your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming that your order has left our Dispatch Depot. Within this email will also be a link you can click on to track the progress of your order.
If you need to contact us regarding the status of your order please email customer services on cs@drinksdirect.co.uk. Most enquiries are responded to within 1 hour.
Delivery Charge
Our delivery charge is fixed at £5.99 for deliveries throughout Mainland UK.
We can also deliver to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. For further details on deliveries to these locations please contact us on info@drinksdirect.co.uk.
Delivery Date for your Order
You can specify a delivery date for products ordered from the Gifts Department or if you choose a Gift Box Option.
If you choose a Gift Box Option and select your own product/s to include in the Gift Box please make sure you order at least two working days before the required delivery date to help ensure your order is delivered on the required delivery date.
Where do we deliver ?
We deliver throughout mainland UK including England, Wales, Scotland. The Scottish Highlands are included in the £5.99 delivery charge.
If you require shipping to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, you can select the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland in the Country/Shipping Destination drop down box on the first checkout page. For further details on orders requiring delivery to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland please contact us on info@drinksdirect.co.uk.
Please note our couriers do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
Does DrinksDirect.co.uk deliver on a Saturday ?
Saturday delivery is available for orders requiring delivery to a Mainland UK delivery address.
All orders dispatched on the Saturday delivery service are expected to be delivered before 12 noon. Saturday delivery must be selected from the "Class of Service" drop-down box on the second checkout page.
Orders requiring Saturday delivery must be placed by Friday 5pm to be processed for dispatch. Saturday delivery starts from £14.99 for up to 6 standard size bottles. For further details on Saturday deliveries please contact us on info@drinksdirect.co.uk.
