Pale straw. Exceptionally fine and persistent bead. A very attractive, yeasty nose with blossom, lime/citrus and almond. Complex and subtle.
Lively, focused, vibrant and quite floral on the palate. The incredibly fine and delicately textured palate belies the wine's wealth of intensity and fruit. The acidity is extraordinarily fine and delineated, the hallmark of the Yarrabank style. Great poise and balance. Understated long classy finish.
