Seriously deep dark red in colour. Leading with aromas of ultra-ripe berries and exotic fruits, the nose continues into sweet fruit aromas meshed with milk chocolates and dense dark plums.
A stylish palate, saturated in dense cassis and dark red to black fruits, displays a density that just grows and grows. Elegant chocolate tannins and spices give this wine a richness that lingers on the palate.
Matured for 22 months in 36% new hogsheads, (8% French, Hungarian 8% & 20% American), 14% new American octaves, 43% 1 year old hogsheads (39% American, 4% French), 4% 1 year old American octaves and 3% 2 year old American hogsheads.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz blend is a distinctively Australian style, and The Signature has set the benchmark for this iconic style, drawing heavily on Yalumba's great Barossa resource of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz vineyards.
