Description:
This wine displays vibrant colour and aromatic floral notes. The alluring bouquet of ripe raspberries, cherries and spicy cinnamon notes dominate the nose.

The palate is rich and intense finishing crisp and polished.

Styled slightly dry this wine is excellent for warm summer days.

Background: The fruit for this wine was grown predominately in Hawkes Bay, in and around the Gimblett Gravels grape growing region. The small but very complex Pinot Noir component was grown in Marlborough.

There are several vineyards that are grown specifically for Rose production and these are cropped slightly higher than for the fuller-bodied styles.
