Fresh and lively on the tongue, with flavours of lime, lemon sherbet, crunchy gooseberries and passionfruit. Long and spotlessly clean with a refreshing flinty acidity to finish. The proportion of Sauvignon Blanc is the highest ever for this Classic Dry White and Chardonnay at its lowest level ever, to balance the increased richness and concentration of the Semillon this year. The Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes were picked at relatively lower sugar readings to capture the fresh herbaceous flavours and crisp acidity, producing a wine with lower alcohol weight.
