Description:
Typical fruit characters such as grapefruit and melon are supplemented by biscuity barrel ferment characters with a light butteriness from malo-lactic fermentation.

The wine is rich and round, with soft acidity and attractive sweet fruit.

A portion of the juice was fermented and aged in French oak barriques, with the rest in stainless steel tanks.

The wine was blended after 10 months ageing on lees and bottled in February 2004.

Grape Variety: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Mendoza.
