Medium salmon pink in colour. Displaying strawberry fruits and musk on the nose complexed by characters of lanolin, toast, sea brine and mushroom.
On the palate it exhibits complex red berry fruits complemented by earthy, mushroom and autolytic characters. A flavoursome palate with creamy mouthfeel. Persistent flavours finishing with crisp natural acid and a slight tannin grip.
