Vibrant cherry red in colour, the Tigress Pinot Noir displays aromas of perfumed cherry and raspberry.

The palate shows cherry and raspberry flavours, with a soft round and generous mouth feel. Silky tannin and good length, an elegant and varietal wine.

Background Information: 100% Tasmanian, the wines in the range are fresh, crisp, early drinking wines that aim to capture a sense of place; the true essence of Tasmania. As with the Bay of Fires range, fruit for Tigress is sourced across Tasmania, taking advantage of diverse viticultural conditions and enabling the selection of only the most premium parcels from each region.

Winemaker's Notes: The cool seasons in Tasmania produce the incredible intensity displayed in this wine. This is typical of the characters Tasmania can produce in this variety. These are beautifully refreshing wines on a warm sunny day.
