The enticing grapefruit, pear and melon character, with delicate hints of lemongrass, comes from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in our Bald Eagle Vineyard. This vineyard, surrounded by rolling hills dotted with oak trees, lies in small, picturesque Potter Valley in Northern California's Mendocino County. We fermented and aged the wine in small barrels to add oak nuances and a creamy texture to the grapes' ripe fruit character.
