The nose is quite fine and intense showing berries and Satsuma plum ith a fragrant spiciness from deft use of French oak during maturation. The wine is medium bodied with fine velvety tannins giving structure and length. There is excellent fruit on the palate with flavours of mulberries and plums giving sweetness to the middle palate, then melding with oak notes to a smooth seamless finish. Background Information: Ringbolt Vineyard is located 10 kms from the ocean and therefore is a slightly warmer site than average for Margaret River.
