A rich and deep amber in colour with an intensely refined texture. A well structured and complex cognac whose rich bouquet reveals a succession of aromas. These have been slowly brought together over time: vanilla, spices, pepper, and delicately scented flowers. On the palate, Richard reveals an extraordinary range of flavours: a myriad of spices, gentle nuances of ripe fruit, the finesse of the oak and the quintessential flavour of rancio from the long ageing. This harmonious cognac is characterised by subtle and complex flavours and the persistence of its final notes on the palate.
Origin: Richard Hennessy was created from a blend of more than one hundred exceptional cognacs. Each was selected for its unique inherent qualities and its particularly fine development over long periods spent ageing in oak casks. Richard was blended with some of the oldest cognacs dating back to the beginning of the 19th Century. The Bottle is presented in a Richard Hennessy branded box. |
