Background: The vineyards of Pouilly are situated 200 km to the South of Paris on the right hand side (east bank) of the Loire.

The Pascal Jolivet Domaine represents 8 hectares of the Pouilly fumé appellation in the villages of Tracy and Les Loges. The close proximity of the River Loire gives a particular micro-climate.
