Made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon from both Clare Valley and Coonawarra. Aged for 11 months in American and French oak. This wine is soft and approachable. Blackcurrant and menthol aromas with a full-bodied palate. Finely grained tannins and lingering finish. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Background Information - The Cover Drive is named after the vineyard Jim Barry planted in 1996 on the old Penola cricket ground, located on the southern boundary of Coonawarra.
The bottles will be presented in a six bottle Red / Gold Gift Box.
