The second is of banana, pear, fresh and dried fig, on an incredibly smooth and delicate oak base that masters the delicate accompanying acidity. The finish is fine and mature sugar cane aguardiente refreshes the throat. A long-lasting flavour with hints of a chocolate-coated aged coconut. Background: Havana Club 15 Años is produced by repeatedly blending and aging selected rums and aguardientes in old oak casks that add that delicate touch of tannin.
