Description:
Lemon yellow, limpid and transparent. Fine bubbles with opal gleams at the crown. Intense perfume aromas of freshly-squeezed grapes. Perfect balance between acidity and sugars. A long stay in the bottle has produced perfect harmony underscored by a delicate hint of lavender.
Past, round and meaty in the mouth. Very persistent. Quickly smoothes out, leaving a fine aftertaste that takes time to disappear and invites one to take another sip. Serve between 8°C and 10 °C.
Aged 24 months in lattes.
