	Description: Dessert Wine. Displays a pale yellow colour. On the nose a myriad of concentrated ripe fruit is displayed, ranging from cherimoya to apricot and pear aromas interlaced with subtle orange zest notes. Well integrated soft sweet oak notes play gently against this fruity background. The wine exudes a creamy quality on the nose. On the palate there is a full and sweet unctuous quality with a beautiful texture that coats the tongue. The fresh and citric acidity is perfectly balanced and produces a lovely harmony between the sweet notes and the lively character of this wine. Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Background: La Escultura Estate in the Casablanca Valley enjoys cool ripening period with a moderating effect from the Pacific Ocean, located just a few miles away.
