The palate is textural and generous with zesty citrus and nougat flavours, subtle toasty oak, and a long mineral finish.
2005 Harvest:
The Chardonnay harvest commenced on 5th of April and finished on 24th of April. The settled April weather allowed each block to fully ripen.
A challenging season redeemed by an ideal autumn has produced a modest but intensely flavoured crop.
