A soft and rich palate showcases full flavours of rock melon, guava and white peaches. A fresh, clean and lemon like acid structure combines with underlying oak characters, leading to a smooth and rounded finish. Grape Variety - Chardonnay Winemaker's Notes - Fruit for this superb wine was sourced from the permium vineyards of McLaren Vale. Careful winemaking techniques were employed, to maintain the elegance of the wine. Whole bunch pressing in the air bag press gently pressed the fruit, allowing the juice to run freely, while harsh tannins are not released. After pressing, the wine was fermented in French barriques. Lees were stirred every 2 weeks, allowing complex characters, flavours and structure to develop.
