	Description: A rich palate of strawberries and red apples with refreshing bright fruits and a crisp finish. Angas Brut fermentation takes place in bottle giving complexity to support the fresh fruits of this wine style. Angas Brut Non Vintage Cuvée fruit is sourced from select sparkling vineyards across Australia, giving the wine a strong fruit presence. 'Five Star Wines - Typically made from around 75 per cent pinot noir and 25 per cent chardonnay, this sparkling wine has, since its inception in the mid-1980s, consistently scored highly in the best-value stakes. It’s also proved a popular export. Made in the methode champenoise style, the wine is fresh, crisp with a fine bead, lively but restrained acidity and dry finish. There are aromas and flavours of citrus and some yeastiness from the bottle fermentation. Drink well-chilled, while fresh and young.
