It is crafted by the experts from one of the world's premier luxury spirits producer. 10 Cane is rum's redemption.
10 Cane:
The process starts with the first pressing of Trinidadian sugar cane. Cane grown specifically to create 10 Cane. Historically, these canes have been harvested in groups of 10.
Sugar Canes:
Most other rums start with molasses: a by-product of sugar production. They use cane that is meant for sugar, not rum. 10 Cane uses canes grown for the distinct purpose of making a light, smooth, better tasting rum. Each cane is hand harvested and handled with care, producing this special rum.
The Creation:
Small batch distillation in French pot stills (the best available in the world) are used to create 10 Cane. The rum is then aged in French oak barrels. These barrels mellow the cane flavour and give 10 Cane its extraordinarily smooth taste.
